Subject of the agreement.

3.3. The Game as a whole, as well as any of its elements, is created solely for entertainment. The user acknowledges that all activities in the game on the playground are entertainment for him. 3.4. 4.2.2. The Administration has the right to:

At the same time, the Administration has the right to change the number and volume of paid services offered, their cost, name, type and effect of use at any time.

4.2.2.3. to suspend this Agreement and disconnect the User from participation in the game for the period of investigation on suspicion of violation of this Agreement and the rules of the playing ground.

4.2.2.4. exclude the User from the game if he/she finds that the User has violated this Agreement or the rules established on the playing ground in accordance with 5.10 of this Agreement.

4.2.2.5. partially or completely interrupt the provision of services without warning the User during reconstruction, repair and preventive work on the site.

4.2.2.6. The Administration is not responsible for the improper functioning of the game software. The user uses the software on an "AS IS" basis. 5.9. The User has the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally without maintaining the game account. At the same time, all expenses associated with participation in the game are not compensated or returned to the User.

5.10. The Administration has the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally, as well as to take other actions that limit the opportunities in the Game, in relation to the User or a group of Users, who are co-Users of the revealed violations of the terms of this Agreement. At the same time, all game attributes, game inventory located in the account and on the game account of the User or a group of Users, As well as all expenses are not subject to refund and are not compensated.

Miscellaneous.

6.1. The invalidity of a part or clause (sub-clause) of this Agreement does not entail the invalidity of all other parts and clauses (sub-clauses).

6.2. The term of validity of this Agreement is established for the entire period of validity of the playing ground, i.e. for an indefinite period, and does not imply the expiration date of this Agreement.

6.3. By registering and being on the playing ground, the User acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and fully accepts the terms of this Agreement, as well as the rules of the game and other official documents.

6.4. The Agreement comes into force from the moment of the User's registration in the project.
